How to Make an Appointment

Appointments may be booked in several ways:

By Phone

Patients can book an appointment by calling reception on Tudor Way Surgery 01689 820 268 or Bromley Park Medical Centre 0203 121 2005.

Online

Visit thetudorwaysurgery.co.uk and complete an eConsult form; this will be triaged by a Doctor, and an appointment will be made for you depending how urgent it is.

Patients can visit the surgery and book an appointment with the receptionist

Non-urgent advice: Patient Notice

If you have missed your appointment slot, depending on the clinicians workload & emergencies on that day there is a chance that you will not be seen.

You may be asked to re-book your appointment.

Zero Tolerance

Any verbal or aggressive behaviour to any member of staff will not be tolerated and may result in the police being called or removal from our practice list.

One Appointment, One Patient, One Problem

Please do not ask the doctor to see other members of the family or deal with more than one problem during your appointment.

Cancelling Your Appointment

When you receive an appointment at the practice, please ensure that you arrive on time. If you can no longer make your appointment, it is very important you let the practice know so this can be offered to another patient.

A lot of money is wasted in the NHS every year by patients who do not attend a booked appointment.

If you receive an appointment reminder via text message and want to cancel it, you can text back CANCEL which will immediately cancel the appointment.

Alternatively, you can call your practice to cancel your appointment.

Home Visits

Home visits are only for patients who are housebound or too ill to attend the surgery; it is better for you to be seen at the surgery where there are better diagnostic tools and better facilities to properly assess you.

If you require a home visit please contact the surgery as soon as possible in the morning and give the receptionist your details.
